When a child uses their Kids Profile, they can create wishlists, add wishes, and find inspiration. As a parent, you can help set it up and manage it.
Create a wishlist
The child can create a wishlist by navigating to “Wishlists” in the menu (at the bottom in the app or at the top on web).
Here, the child can see their wishlists and create new ones by clicking the + in a circle to the right of “My wishlists”.
A window will open where the child can fill in:
Name of the list
Type (e.g. birthday, Christmas, etc.)
Description
Event date
Cover image
When everything is filled in, click “Create wishlist”.
Note: It is not possible to change the visibility of wishlists on Kids Profiles. Wishlists are always private and can only be shared via a direct link.
Add wishes to a list
The child can add wishes in two ways: via a link or manually.
To add a wish:
In the app: Tap the cloud icon with a + in the menu
On web: Click “Add wish” in the top right corner
🔗 Add via link
The child can paste a link into the field. The system will automatically fetch information such as image, price, and title.
Then select the wishlist the wish should be added to by clicking the + next to the list.
✏️ Create a manual wish
The child can also click “or create a manual wish” below the link field.
Here, the child can fill in:
Title
Description
Price
Image
Mark the wish as “most wanted” with a blue star
Note: The child cannot see or use the “Go to store” button, which normally links to the webshop. Only gift givers can use this feature.
Find inspiration
The child can also find gift inspiration under “Find gifts”.
If the child finds something they like, they can click the cloud icon with a + next to the product and choose which wishlist to add it to.
