How do I change the parent code?
To change the parent code, you must be logged into the parent’s account.
Open the menu by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner
Select “My kids”
Find the “Parent code” section and click on it
Here, you can:
Change the parent code
Enable or disable the parent code
Click “Change parent code”, enter your new 4-digit code, and click “Save”.
Your parent code has now been updated.
How do I reset the parent code?
If you have forgotten your parent code, there are two ways to reset it, depending on where you are logged in:
👩🏼🦳 If you are on the parent’s profile
If you still have access to the parent’s account, you can simply change the code:
Go to “My kids”
Click “Parent code”
Select “Change parent code”
👶🏼 If you are on a Kids Profile and have forgotten the code
To reset the code, you’ll need to tap the parent profile (just like when switching profiles) to open the code entry screen.
Then follow these steps:
Click “Forgot code?” at the bottom of the window
You'll now see a "Forgot your code?" window where you need to verify your identity
Click “Verify identity"
You will then be logged out and asked to log in again.
Once logged in, you will be back on the parent’s profile, where you can:
Go to “My kids”
Open “Parent code”
Select “Change parent code”
