Select 'Wishlists' at the top of the page. From 'My Wishlists' you will be able to see a '+'. Click on it, where you will be presented with three options when creating a new wishlist:

1. For me (personal)
2. Together with others (collaborate on a wishlist)
3. On behalf (of loved ones)

You can now name your wishlist and then add wishes to it. Under 'Add additional details' you have the option to add a description of your wishlist, choose an end date, select a cover image, and activate whether you want your wishlist to be private. Please note that it will always be possible to make these changes later on.
