Yes. The owner of a wishlist can delete a wish, even if it has already been reserved.
If a reserved wish is deleted, the person who reserved it will receive a notification that the wish has been removed from the wishlist.
⚠️ Note: We recommend only deleting a reserved wish if it's absolutely necessary, as the person who reserved it may already have purchased the gift.
