The person who is the 'owner' of the wishlist will not be able to see which wishes are reserved. They will also not receive notifications when a wish is reserved.
Please note that if the 'owner' of the wishlist accesses a shared link to the wishlist, they will be able to see the wishlist in the same way as others, and therefore see which wishes are reserved.
